Hi! I am very close to re-launching the epod site, with faster downloads, and a little bit more refined forum. I guess im just doing this out of love for the epod.

I find it incredible that this gentleman stole my writing, my creative organization, my HTML, and my original graphics. The more ePods sites, the merrier, but simply ripping off somebody else's creative efforts is pretty demoralizing.

This is very strange - I agree with you Randy that 'the more ePods sites, the merrier,' but this is a copy of your site. I don't understand what's going on.

Randy: I was wondering if you changed your nym to "simco". I'm guessing/hoping that this was just an overzealous mistake. I'd be more suspicious if there were ads on the sight. Either way, permission from you to mirror your web sight was in order. If you don't get the permission request, remember the saying "Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery".

simco: Please contact Randy and make this right. I've dealt with Randy in the past and he is one of the nicest people that I've encountered on the internet. He deserves better than this. I'm sure that after a few emails or a phone call you can work this out.

Well, I wrote Andrew (simco) days ago, and still no response. I still hope to hear from him.
