I really do not want to have to sloder this thing. sometimes when I soft reset i get into cmd. WHat is happening. I hope i can fix this. I also cannot find a cord to link it to my computer to fix it. You shouldn't have to do any soldering it really only gets you to the point were you can alt tab and run a file.

You really need to find your null modem serial cable, connect your epod to your PC and run replog.exe from \Windows. Then you’ll be able to use Activesync’s Explore to fix your epod.

Failing that, you need to put a simple file explorer on a CF card and run the file explorer from there. Citadel’s CeExplorer.exe might work for you. I uploaded it to the ePods Yahoo Group, under Files, it's in a subfolder named Temporary Uploads. Put it on your CF card and try to run it.

In CeExplorer, does Edit Copy then Edit Paste work for copying files from your Storage Card?

Using ceexplorer you could try selecting a file that you want to copy and do ctrl C (copy) on your keyboard. Navigate to where you want to put it and do ctrl V (paste).

NOPE, tried it, I wish it worked but maybe with a real keyboard but the keyboard I have doesnt work with epod. Also cant find the null modem anywhere but online so just gonna have to order it and wait (while still trying to hack it)
I did fing out if you press alt while in ceexplorer you get a menu, but no cut and paste....
