I got an EPODS from EBAY lately Was 'soft-hacked' to XP.
After playing a while with it I applied the 'permanent' EPODS1XP hack.
Very nice device in general.
The most interesting use of it IMHO is to run a Terminal Services (TS) client and remote-control
any Windoz2k /2k3/XP computer you use in the house.
The downside is that the screen resolution is 640x480 and color is 8-bit. By the way, MS TS client
does not support sounds.
I have browsed the forum site and read some posts that there is a way to run TS on EPODS
with a higher resolution.
A thread existed in the past for nyditot software but discontinued after a while without clue.
(has anyone got a registration key to test it, as it seems it needs the key even for just a demo)
Others implied that using Citrix Metaframe / Metaframe XP is able to achieving this.
Do you have a relevant hint or advice?
