Sorry, I hit the submit button by accident...

As I was 'saying', The 128bit upgrade only replaced the 'schannel.dll'
ROM file, however, it still only supports 40bit encryption.

Based on info at Microsoft's website, the ePods needs a file
named 'rsaenh.dll' (the ePods currently has the 'rsabase.dll'
file in \windows).

Does anyone have any suggestions (other than to use iBrowser,
since it does not run on the ePods -already tried it !!)

For those not aware, most financial related websites require
128bit encryption in order for you to use them...

Thanks in advance...

I couldn't access netbank.com. However, e*trade, transpoint(ebill) all works. I am not sure if I got through with only 40bit or 128bit. I did the 128bit upgrade aswell.

However, you can test your encryption level on this site http://www.citizensbank.com/learnmore/browserr.htm

I tried with IE4 on epod, it says I have 128bit encryption.

I put the upgrade to 128bit on the web at http://www.latech.edu/~mjm012/MSWinCE128.EXE the file says it works with IE3 and it runs about 1MB. I haven't had time to try, but it's worth a shot.

Mica,
Thanks for the file...
I can now browse "some" site at 128bit encryption...

It seems that the sites I'm having problems with are non-IIS
(i.e. Non Microsoft Webserver sites).

The main website I'm interested in using is one that is 128bit
enabled with the patch...

Thanks again...
