| The uninstaller part of ActiveSync doesn't work with the 'pod in my experience. You can trash the program on the 'pod, of course, but unless you know which files were installed along with the executable, you're better off leaving well enough alone. After I figured out which apps worked for my needs, I did a hard reboot and reinstalled them all, so the bits and pieces of the other apps I tried but don't want were deleted. As far as moving apps to the the CF after install in RAM, a few don't care (except for shortcuts you need to replace), but many do. Experiment. Just remember, you can always do the hard re-boot and try again. This way you will get the most from your available RAM. | |
