Battery of epods, how often do you charge it?

There are a few threads before but I still have questions about the battery life of epods.

It seems to me that I have to charge the epods quiet often. It last only about 2 hours before the meter reads 20%. The only thing I can think of is that the first time I received it, I started to use it only after 90% charge (I know, I know, but I could help to use it after waiting so long to get it from Amazon.) Should I drain the battery completely to cure this problem? BTW, how low do you let your battery go before you charge it without risking to reinstall the system (I'm using V1.02)? It seems to me the meter is not that acurrate either. Are there any programes that would warn you about the low battery?

Regards
