Quick Reinstall of Apps After Hard Reset [2.04]?

New MessageQuick Reinstall of Apps After Hard Reset [2.04]? (modified 0 times) Curt Lindner
How are you folks recovering after a hard reset.

I have a compactflash card, and, after suffering my first hard reset, I find it difficult to think about having to use my PC to reinstall all my applications via Activesync.

Has anyone developed a method to simplify this process for any of the common applications, such as Handwriting, the Plus Pack and Network Card drivers?

Thanks,

-Curt

What I have been doing is copying the cab files (extracted when you install for activesync) to a network share, then after a hard reset I only have to update my network driver via activesync.

Then I can just map that share and install the software from the wince cab over the network....much faster.
