I saw quite a few lines about the EPODS in the NetBSD/hpcmips mailing list archive. http://mail-index.netbsd.org/port-hpcmips/2001/01/21/
That is from last month - nothing since.
I wonder about other OSes, too. Are embedded QNX and BeOS viable? Ever seen QNX's 1.44Mb demo? They do more tricks with a 3.5" floppy than a $1000 hooker.
It seemed the hard part was done, we got video, we just need input...
I don't think it would be extremely difficult to add kb/mouse input in Windows...
but I don't know CE.
