anyone get Starbuck by Thumbs Up Soft to work?

New Messageanyone get Starbuck by Thumbs Up Soft to work? (modified 0 times) drof
I installed the trial version and when I run it, it says "Cannot find 'Starbuck' (or one of its components). Make sure the path and filename are correct and that all the required libraies are a available". Help anyone? I'd really like to get this program running.

I'm guessing you installed in on a storage card? Sometimes when installations make shortcuts (or file associations) they get screwed up by the space in "Storage Card" - Try running the program from it's directory. If that works, just change the shortcut to have quotes around the path (ie: "\storage card\Starbuck.exe" instead of \storage card\Starbuck.exe.) If that doesn't work it could be an internal problem with in the program using a registry entry to find itself and getting confused by the space. Search your registry for "Starbuck" and "Thumbs" or something and see if any registry entries are fubared from the space issue (same solution as above.) If none of that works, the software is probably not working or misinstalled. CE stuff does wierd things like that - I installed pocketpro reader (if anyone has this working, let me know) and upon accessing it, it did absolutely nothing. No error. Nothing.
