Programmable Hot Pad

I'm looking for the drivers that they talk about here:

http://www.fujitsupc.com/www/support.shtml?support/faq/pentabs/faq26

---------
How do I use the programmable hotpad?

The use of the programmable hotpads is explained in the Technical Reference Guides (TRGs) for each pen tablet. To use the programmable hotpad, you will also need the Hotpad DLL for the pen tablet. The Hotpad DLL can be downloaded from this Web site, either by itself or as part of the Developer's Disk for the pen tablet.

-----------

I've put calls into Fujitsu, but haven't had much luck. The DLL is nowhere to be seen on their site.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Jim

Any luck locating this DLL? I'm enjoying this thing (using it now), but would definitely like to extend its capabilities to the fullest. Please keep us updated. Thanks!

Did you send them an email ? If not I'll do it but wouldn't want to double up.
One thing that would be nice to program is an "esc" key !

I sent the fujitsu folks an email - then I was off on a "Not us, send the email to this part of fujitsu, maybe they will help..." After a few of those I said the hell with it. Anybody else is free to try.

Then I called 'em on the phone again. THis time the called back promptly and then I started to play phone tag. They even gave me a tracking number ( which I wrote down but my wife lost... ). In essence they told me I need to contact a Fujitsu reseller to see if they have the files. Kinda interesting when they say the files are available for download.

I went that route and tried contacting some folks that re-sell Fujitsu equipment. They are looking, but since they haven't called back in almost a week, I'm assuming they forgot about me.

Feel free to hop on the bandwagon! I'd really like to get this stuff but I'm getting nowhere!

Sent them an email yesterday and this is what I got this morning !
"Thank you for your interest in Fujitsu PC. For this, you will need to contact technical support at 800-831-3183, option #2 for assistance."
Probably the number you called ?

If I recall the dll file and additional information regarding the programmable hot pad was eventually found and distributed (I have it, anyway, and am pretty sure that I got if from this board). I can't find the message which linked to those files, and contained some additional discussion concerning them, but the issue was that you had to actually write some code to make the hot pad button functional. I'm curious to know if anyone has done anything interesting with it, and might have something to share?
