excuse this latecomer to the party...

are there any group buys for a 1200 currently in progress? From what I can tell, it looks like I've missed out, but I just wanted to make sure before I started bidding on ebay.

while I'm here, can anyone point me to a source, other than ebay, for 1200's?

you can try "uce.com" look in the laptop ibm compatable section. You have to register to see the prices but they are selling for 95 to 100 bucks. They include the pen, charger/power supply and computer. The only question unanswered is what type of display they have. They have like 900 of them left.
