Need a hard drive recommendation

OK, I give up on the IBM Travelstar DARA-20600 (6gb) drive. I never could get it to boot when installed into my Fujitsu. All I can figure is that it is incompatible with the Fujitsu. I "think" it has something to do with being UDMA66 compliant.

SO!
Anyone sucessfully running larger than a 2Gb drive could you help me?

I'd like the make/model number of the drive you are using in your Fujitsu 1200.
Help me please, MP3's and such are eating my drive!!!

Tim

Hi Tim,
Sorry you had no luck on the IBM. It should work. I'm useing a Fujitsu MHK2060AT (6g).
This is a 9.5mm drive and the original drive was a 12.5mm but it still works. Hope this helps.I got mine from here :

stretch,

Could you list the heads and sectors in your BIOS...or if it is auto, the heads and sectors of your drive?

Thanx
