Yup....as describe on this board, I just got a cable adaptor, popped the new 20g IBM travelstar in my desktop(as slave), Fdisk it, set largest dos partition, formatted it so I could boot it, copied the whole Window 98SE cd to a folder on the drive, and popped it back into the 2300.....voila..it worked like a charm!
I'm still messing with getting the pen stuff fully working, but I'll eventually figure that out!
I also bumped the memory up to 160meg....much better speed as a result
Got my Buslink usb wireless network up and running (although I still haven't had much luck with getting PCMCIA wireless card working :( the Buslink system I have is slow (2mps).
Any recommendation on wireless cards?
I've been looking a the new G-Cards...they are said to run at 54mps, but I'm not sure the CPU can handle it!
