Hi guys,
new user from "down under" with my first Fujitsu 1200, that doesn't have a port replicator. Want to connect my GPS (Lowrance 100) so I can run Oziexplorer, and need RS232 connection.

Probably silly question, but how do I do this without a port replicator?

IS it possible to use the port replicator pins on the 1200 and make up a connector board to use RS232 in the same way that has been done for USB?

Pse ignore above message as I just found compartment on right hand side of unit.

Still interested to know pin outs of the replicator plug on unit.

LOL, that is why you should buy 1200s without those covers...so you can see the ports.

I bought a port replicator, I like it, all the connections, two serial, two usb, and one for a floppy drive. of course the usual ports are there. keyboard, mouse, vga, parallel port, sound IO

Thanks for feedback. Obvious question is where can you find a copy of the tech ref manual?

If you have a url for the manual can you please advise.
