Divx :-)

I have a ton of Divx movies, and i'd love to watch them on the road. The Fujitsu Point 500 or 1600 look like good candidates (very VERY limited budget). But my question is, do the 120mhz and 166mhz processors have enough power to play Divx? They might be able to play DVD's with the DVD-To-Go card, im not sure about that either :-/. There might be another option though: even though micro$oft is ####, you could use Windows Media Player 9 Encoder, and play videos through media player. I have sucessfully played video on a non MMX 200mhz pentium, so it could work on 166mhz.... possibly....

Anyway my real question is what Point 500 and 1600 users video experience was like. Can anyone enlighten me ??? Or maby fill me in on other in-expensive tablets

No way!

You need at least a 500Mhz machine to play Divx files...sorry.

But if you can compress them into some small mpegs, maybe the fuji can play them...
