hello!
I just orderd my Stylistic (thanks reldridg) and i'm wondering what else i should get along with it...i assume any mice attached have to be serial? is there a ps2 mouse port as well, or just the keyboard port? also, what type of pcmcia cards have you added to your stylistics? what types of mods have you guys made? (i'm perticularly interested in a cheap moving map gps solution, as well as mp3 players)

No go on ps2 mouse for me . If you want a cool keyboard search for industrial membrane only units
I saw them once you can actually roll them up for easy transportation and are full size . I got in on the randmcnally
gps groupbuy on this board different forum for $49.00 and loaded it via a $20.00 pcmcia network adapter found in same group and works great . If only active screen it would be perfect . Also using a Xircon card 56 modem ( free from buddy )ok but better to lan with dsl .

FWIW, the best prices I've found for peripherals/add-ons for the 1200 is at:

http://www.surplustech.com

Call them up at 1-800-687-5496.

I talked to David Jeter (dbjeter@surplustech.com) bought a port replicator from them. Their pricing isn't that bad, and they do offer group discounts. Now that more people have bought 1200s, maybe it's time to start working a group buy on periphs.
