Any using Fujitsu 1200 for GPS?
Street Atlas 2004 on Fujitsu 1200?

Is anyone using the 1200 as a monitor for a GPS unit? I was going to use it for the Delorme USB GPS mouse with Street Atlas 2004. I am going to buy a PCMCIA USB card to plug the GPS into. My only concern is that Street Atlas requires a 233 MHZ CPU. I have more RAM on order. Has anyone tried this?

I am running SA RWE, but from what I understand '04 isn't much different.

Oh, and I am also running winamp, and netstumbler at the same time.

Hi! I use my ST 1200 as a GPS pad with Garmin eTrex Legend via serial port. I use original Garmin software "World Map", DeLorme Route Planner and some other programs. They do not differ much - the engine is the same. The main point is that almost all of them use vector graphics, which appears to be pretty harsh for the PC's performance. But it works OK. All that software works OK even on Toshiba Libretto 50 (Pentium MMX 75 Mhz), no ####. Regards.
With lots of Luck.
