That’s going to depend on the OS you are using and the speed of your machine.
First off, if you’re limited to Windows 95/98…I haven’t found anything that does this.
One really neat program I found is called GoBinder (http://www.gobinder.com/). Unfortunately, it requires Windows XP to run. I loaded XP on my Stylistic 2300 and although the OS ran acceptably, GoBinder was way too slow :(
Next, there’s Microsoft’s OneNote (http://office.microsoft.com/home/office.aspx?assetid=FX01085803&CTT=6&Origin=ES790020011033). OneNote will work under either Win XP or Win2K. I loaded Win2K on my 2300 and it actually seems to run faster than Win98! OneNote also works well on the 2300.
