I think it's not the right place, but I have a Pen*Key 6622 and I want to know if it have any use at all. (Hacking)

I got a PEN*KEY 6622 with 32Mb RAM and a 1Gb HD. It works fine. But I want to make it more useble since Win95 is really f**ked up. But I have no drivers, and the Intermec page doesn't give any help. I put a 4.3Gb Hard Drive on it with MS-DOS but it keep saying that there's no System Disk, despite the BIOS recognize it correctly. In a older post on this forum a group (Norand_Hack) on YahooGroups was opened by a forum member (Glitch) but the group doesn't exist anymore. Can someone give information on what I can do with this machine equipped with this new HD? A MP3 playr for my car with linux installed sounds good. :) I want any information about hacking this unit that I can get. Thanks in advance.

Win95's USB support is between iffy and non-existant. There was a USB addon made for it but it tends to be flaky even with HIDs, much less drives. Win98 is really the useful minimum for USB systems.
It's saying no system disk because there's nothing installed on the HD, or at least nothing bootable installed. Best bet would be to install something. This being a Stylistic group I'm not terribly familiar with a Pen Key, but it's probably similar. If it doesn't have any external boot options such as a floppy drive, you'll probably need to get a HD adapter and stick the drive on a desktop box.

The Yahoo Pen*Key group is alive and well - Just signup here ....

There are three group areas pen_key, pen_key2 and pen_key3. The first is for posting and files and the other two are for files only. There are drivers for the 6620, 6622 and 6640. For the 6622 there is

6622 Win95 Files Factory original Drivers, Utilities & Info
6622 Win98 Files Win 98 Drivers & registry files

6622 drivers & files are available in the "Files" section of the "Pen Key2" group listed in the "Links" section.
