I'm about to receive an old Stylistic 2300.

My idea was to use it in my car (MP3 and GPS), but I just realised this old hardware does not have a capacitive touch screen.

Is there some way to use your fingers? I don't want to have to use a pen while driving.

Nope. It doesn't use capacitive or resistive touch screen technology.
