New MessageWeird Booting Problem (modified 0 times) PenComputing

I am having a problem when I first Turn my unit on, It beeps and when the screen comes on it is all in unreadadle text a black bars running up and down. The pattern it beeps is Long, Short, Short, Short, Short? Anyone know what could cause this?
