USB accessible flash?

A problem with socket-less flash upgrades for the JB is that once you solder wires directly to your flash card, you can't stick it in a typical PC flash card reader to put content on it anymore. But now SanDisk has these "SD PLUS" flash cards that have USB access built in. I'm not sure whether you can access them via USB at the same time there are connections (powered or otherwise) on the SD-side of things, but it would be an interesting experiment to find out!

The smallest size seems to be 512M, though, at MSRP of $35.
