Ah, finally joined.

BEWARE OF YOUR VOLTAGE DIFFERENCES ON THE JTAG!
The one you link to might cause problems due to the voltage differences. I forgot if the JuiceBox is 3.3V or lower, so I will warn that even with a resistor between the 5 and 3.3, a logic high or low is still dodgey for the 3.3 inputs.

It would be best to run the JTAG through a voltage level shifter buffer. You can get those cheap. Postage is probably more than what the chip would run. While you are at it, pop it onto a small board and get some decent ends.

Doah! I forgot the link to the JTAG connections!

Anyway, in the first thread here that got way too long, they had a better JTAG reference
http://www.lart.tudelft.nl/projects/jtag/jtag-lart_schematic.pdf

prpplague posted them at http://www.elinux.org/wiki/JuiceBox?highlight=%28CategoryJuiceBox%29

I can't tell which holes are which, but it should be easy to figure out by tracing the lines.

I hae jtag connected and it works fine. I can take pictures of the area and put it on the wiki I guess. They are all comming out on vias near the upper left hand corner of the CPU when looking at the component side (buttons on the left) I used the pinout from the 44b0x datasheet to find the vias. Scrapped the solder mask off of the vias and soldered wire wrap to the vias.
