A virtual brochure project?

Thanks in advance for putting up with my novice inquiry. I would like to use the JB for a high tech/low budget brochure for my little business. I'd like to modify a handful of these units to give away at an upcoming conference where I'll be exhibiting. Just something different for prospective customers who show an interest in my product. So I need to show a series of pictures to explain what I do in my business. Unfortunately, the SD/MMC cards are really expensive. Is there a more inexpensive pathway - like replacing the onboard demo with my own? If so, could you please outline the basic steps. My soldering skills are splendid and I can program C. Thanks!
