People have been asking where the JTAG connections are located. Here is a picture showing what vias to tap into to get to the JTAG interface.
You may have to zoom in with your browser or favorite JPG viewer to see the text.

Jtag info added to Wiki, http://www.elinux.org/wiki/JuiceBoxJTAG?action=show
I guess I can do a bottom shot with labels also.

Thanks for the pictures. I'm glad you started posting here again. With the info you've given, it'll be alot easier to hack once I get around to hacking it (busy with another project right now).

The nTRST signal is actually down one pin, I believe. Other connections worked great (passing jtag detect anyhow)...

Thanks for catching the error. I double checked the datasheet and I can see that it is going to a 4.7k ohm pull up resistor and via on the other side of the CPU pads. I updated the picture on my site and on the JB Wiki site.

JTAG Users: Connecting nTRST may casuse problems depending on the ARM SoC and the JTAG interface used. It is not realy needed in most aplications. TMS usally gets into the JTAG mode.

I am using the Xilinx parallel cable III (DLC5) with the jtag-tools (under Linux) from the openwince project. It registers the CPU properly (it is the only device on the JTAG chain).

14 pin 100 mil center headers are real common on ARM based board. I have a EPI Jeeni and Maccraigor JTAG interfaces and they use the same 14 pin connector and pin out. From the www.embeddedperformance.com site.
