|Not a chance the JuiceBox will play MP4/Divx, at least without serious re-encoding(then there's no real point in using MPEG4). The little ARM7TDMI processor in the JB isn't powerfull enough to decode video of a remotely large size and speed. There's no CF interface by default, you'd have to manipulate the GPIO pins, and do some serious soldering to add one.|
It sounds like you want something like the small mp4 player, like the ones sold on ebay under the MP3 player catagory (Consumer Electronics > MP3 Players & Accessories > MP3 Players). Often times a MP4 player of roughly the same size of the JB goes for less than you're offering for the "mod chip" itself. The MP4 players have a dedicated chip just for decoding video, which is how they can pull off playing video encoded for desktop systems.
