using the flashcard rather than the sd

I have another Idea (perhaps) my aim is to get the video running with the existing juicebox
software to run our own videos. instead of trying to uses the sd card coverter.
can one somehow program the cards that come with the videos and games again?
OR make new ones? I have no idea on how to check format etc... on those
cards but isnt that another avenue we can take?

Actually, that is an option. One already working infact, just not playing videos. Check the 'Custom Cartridge Success' thread or the elinux.org wiki.

The cartridges use a chip (3D memory) compatable with NAND flash and boot a video player on the cart. Prpplague has made a cart using an XD card that is capable of booting Linux using that method, and has a SD slot for additional storage.
