How many people still use the mp3 starter kit. Mainly the mp3 burning software. I have not seen this posted elsewhere except where I have posted.
The mp3 burning software that comes on the cd contains CDEX and others. Which is under the GPL lic.
If you take out vorbisenc.dll from the install directory you will get
a dialog that says
Could not load the encoder vorbisenc.dll
Make sure that you start CDex.exe where the DLLs are located
If you have created a short-cut, make sure the working directory is set
correctly
