I just stopped by my local KBToys and they had the full kits (JB, mp3 kit, headphones, carry case, and 3 juiceware carts) for $25. They only had two - I bought one. They had a bunch (maybe 20?) of the smaller bundles that includes a JB and 6 juiceware carts. I got 2 of those for $15 each. Only 2 of the movies interested my daughter so if anyone wants some juiceware carts cheap, let me know! :)

Yup - just picked up the full MP3 kit: JB, SD adapter, 3 carts, headphones, case, software, SD/USB plug & cable for $20. They also had the JB + 6 carts for $15.

They no longer seem to sell carts or MP3 kits separately.
