alright, i just got my ia-1 today in the mail and i've already hosed it... i'm currently letting the failsafe image download and had a thought... since i was unable to download it from MSN, i had put it on my *own* server and changed the address in the failsafe menu... this works, no problems. so why can't i download whatever the heck i please and let the built in flash util run the install for me? has anyone else done this? i figure if something gets ruined, you can always run the failsafe...
