Shouldn't be anything new here, I just haddn't seen them all together before and I thought itwould be usefull to people. Besides you wouldn't want to have to go to the MS knowledgebase to look them up yourself.
Version 1 codes:
FIXIT - gives access to advanced dialing settings; also lets you change the password that is stored on the device and used for automatic login. (See: Q278481 - MSN Companion Troubleshooting Tool FIXIT )
HAMMER - resets all dialing settings (See: Q274364 - MSN Companion Troubleshooting Tool HAMMER )
MURMUR - removes all of the current user's information, and reset the device so that you can use a new Member ID. (See: Q279037 - MSN Companion Troubleshooting Tool MURMUR )

Version 2 codes:
dialing : Replaces the code word "fixit" and takes the user to the new (1-page) dialing settings page.
mail : Attempts to:
Create Hotmail account
Update routing tables
Mark account as WEBC
If these are successful, record SUCCESS bit, and send Welcome Message.
If these are not successful, retry at the next Nightly Management, and next Log in.
setup : Allows the user to go through the Setup (OOBE) process without deleting all account information.
erase : Restores the factory settings on the device and removes the user information. Replaces the "murmur" command.
failsafe : Allows the user to execute a failsafe without having to use CTRL-U. Do not use unless absolutely necessary .
