IA-1/Jailbait boots but what is root pwd?

I got a cheap refurbed IA-1. I Reset the bios and dd'd the slashdot (http://nc.flyingbuttmonkeys.com/IA1) jailbait image to a 16mb sandisk flash. Now it boots linux, throws lots of possibly harmless errors and ends up with a islack login prompt. So what is the root password? I thought it was supposed to run a config script. Has anyone else had this problem?

I think this might help. I have tried it on the same version you are using - but it has been a while. Before it starts to show the lilo stuff, hit any key (a bunch of times so you don't miss it and have to reboot) to have it stop there. Then by hitting tab it lists the partitions, right? Then type in that partition name and add

the word "single" to it, (e.g.

linux single

I think that will get you past any password. Then it should get you to a prompt.

Let me know if this helps.
