The new units for $129.99, http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?sku=C860-IA1 have listed in the "second" input/output section:

Two (2) PS/2 connections for keyboard and mouse

Is this true? It looks like a mistake.

no, it's a mistake. But not really tigerdirect's fault. they got it straight from compaq's page which for some reason munges the spec for the ia-1 with the spec of the ia-2.

here is what it does come with
10' lcd
4 usb connectors
1 audio connector
2 phone jacks (one in, one pass through)
1 if keyboard/mouse
1 mono speaker built in
32 Meg RAM
16 MEG internal cf
1 cf slot
...
I think that sums it up ...

oh yeah and the proc is supposedly a k6-2 266 Mhz (haven't opened mine up to confirm but I trust the reports).

Sorry all the refurbs are gone guys! :)

But, there is some good news (well, maybe). I think there were a lot of consumers who bought them and didn't know what they were buying, so, we have about 150 sitting in the returns room in the warehouse. They haven't been opened, tested, inspected, anything. Don't know if we can return them to Compaq or not, but if we can't I guess we'll have to have another "firesale" like we did with the returned Audreys.

What is the magic price point?

I'm sure glad I didn't email you before checking the... ahh... website. It didn't open a page. I just assumed there was a prob with our proxy server, so I selected to "View Source". The meta tag seems to suggest your email is provided via a website that provides porn. Gay porn to be more precise.
Is TigerDirect owned by the same mafia that runs gay adult sites or was that page hacked/hijacked?

Got my new $129 ia-1 today and it (mine at least) is haxable. Took it apart, shorted the pin, and viola! No PS/2 ports.
