Any body ever consider turning these into openbsd (or any other *nix) firewall? Get a minimal install with a firewall settings. No need to connect a terminal to the firewall anymore. Just connect 2 usb nics and your done.

- also, when we get the wireless linksys USB nic working, we have a wireless access point, gateway, and firewall that plays .mp3 files!


(just imagine: a firewall that plays certain music depending on the port scan!)


- btw, i've tried building the ltmodem app, but am now running into libc incompatibilities... time to update the distro with newer libs!

yeah then I can take my linksys access point down to myt friends house and still use my 802.11b
