I've just ordered a IPaq IA-1 with the intention of hacking it, after reading this board I came up with a question. Has anyone thought of looking into anouther Linux Distro other than Jailbait? Jailbait was created for use on an I-Opener and with it's hardware in mind. What if we tried anouther distro? If anyone has some imput or wants to try one of these to see if it works let me know.
To add anouther thought, what about QNX, if jailbait works to some extent on an Ipaq but it was designed for the I-opener and the original I-Opener OS was QNX then maybe QNX will work on the IPaq, it is a OS designed for embeded systems. I also have an Audrey and it uses QNX aswell, and it supports USB NIC's and CF cards.
