Hi All,
After reading about Chris 3D's work on BeOS 5 on an IA-1 I went looking around and found the Compaq Clipper.
It appears to be the same hardware as the IA-1 but it ran BeIA and was not tied to a service such as MSN.
Has someone around here heard of these?
Does anyone have one to get an image from?
The auction of Be inc. mentions that some are for sale.
If someone could buy one of these and get an image from it this may be what we need to make the IA-1 more useful.
Unfortunatly I live half way across the country from the sale., So I won't be there.
Any thoughts?
