The answer is yes, but it requires some sort of NFS server running on Windows. There are a few of them out there.
But, more importantly, I have to correct that bit of misinformation above.
It IS possible to mount linux drives on Windows machines and vice versa. It's quite easy. You use Samba to do it. Unfortunately, Samba isn't included in the jailbait distro (but NFS is). It's certainly something that should be considered in future distros.
