I ripped my ia-1 apart tonight looking for a header.... found none.
Did notice:
1. the modem is snapped into a pci bus. contacts are microscopic.
2. there is an interesting 10-pin connector thats unused... serial?
3. to answer someones question about snapping in a rj-45 connector to use ethernet... no, there's about 5 chips missing... just blank spots..
4. snapping off the resistors to change fsb speed or multipliers has NO effect... must be hard-coded in the bios..
