I'm gonna start work on stripping down Midori to run as a front machine for a DMZ setup (though this really seems like a waste of my IA-1, and since I don't have two, this may not last very long. :) ), just wondering if anyone else has had experience doing this with their IA-1's? Doesn't seem like it should have much of an issue handling traffic, from what I would figure...

fyi - i use an old pentium 120 as my firewall running the eigerstein LRP floppy based image... works great after minimal configuration. This site: http://lrp.steinkuehler.net/ is a great resource...
I think your right about it being a waste tho... =)

This is one of the things I plan to do with my IA-1 though I haven't gotten around to it yet. I don't plan on taking anything out though. I just want to add some sort of NAT capabilities to it.
I'm currently using freesco on an old pentium pro. It works well, but it crashes every few days or so and i'd like to replace it.
