Anyone tried CF Ethernet

Has anyone tried a CF Ethernet adapter? It seems that the performance should be substantially better than a USB Ethernet adapter, and there are numerous NE2000-clone 10BaseT CD adapters on the market and on Ebay. There are also a few 10/100 CF Ethernet adapters.

AFAIK The CF slot on the IA-1 is strictly an ISA device. It's basically like a harddrive cable with a CF slot on the end. Because of this, you really shouldn't be inserting/removing the CF while the power is on. And because of this you can not use devices that depend on anything more than basic ISA like ethernet, modems, serial i/o cards, audio cards, etc..

Hope this helps,
Julio
