Odd mouse behavior in FreeBSD/BlackBox
Has anyone noticed a problem with the mouse buttons in FreeBSD or BlackBox?

Thanks to a helpful soul who posted his XF86Config file, I now have a working FreeBSD 4.5-R system on my IA-1. Full audio/X/network support (with a Netgear EA101 - never did get the Linksys USB100TX working). Due to the memory situation, I installed Blackbox on the system- but the mouse buttons don't seem to register very well. I have to click repeatedly to get anything to register. I haven't noticed this behavior in Windows or the MSN software, so it seems likely due to either FreeBSD, X 4.1.0 or BlackBox.

I'm going to try another WM on the system to see if that clears it up, but I would like to hear from anyone else who may have had problems with the built-in mouse.

The particulars of my install:
FreeBSD 4.5-RELEASE recompiled to limit driver support
XFree86 4.1.0 using the SVGA driver
BlackBox 0.61.1 from ports, not recompiled.

Ok, I've isolated it to Xfree86 - the buttons work fine in the console, and I loaded up an X app directly from my .xinitrc - and I still saw issues with the mouse buttons. I'll post a message to the Xfree86 mailing lists
