LCD's refresh rate compared to Webplayer??

How's this LCD's refresh rate compared to Webplayer's LCD? I want to use it as a mini TV by adding a USB tv turner. I have a webplayer but I think that it doesn't have enuf processor power and fast enuf LCD refresh rate to handle a USB TV Tuner.

How about this one? Has anybody tried this before? any recommendation?

I don't know what the exact refresh rate is, but I do know that the decay rate/pixel latency is horrid. Moving windows around results an a lot of ghost images. I would imagine that video would be very blurry. Depending on your application, this might not be a problem. (keeping an eye on the pool via CCTV, etc). Watching a film with any large amount of action though would likely be painful.

As far as CPU, though, I've seen lesser systems handle the datastream - so I don't think you would be very CPU bound. I had a Pentium 266 with a Haupauge PCI tuner board that ran just great. Of course, that was PCI - and this is USB, but the problem is still I/O - not CPU clock cycles.
