The site mentioned above seems like an interesting project for adaptation here on the IA-1. As soon as I figure out how to do some of the things I need to do, I will be looking into it myself as I have recently created a rather nice server box. I'd like to have the advantages of the small device with the power of the machine I built. VNC is great for what it is -- a very platform independant remote access tool -- but it's still pretty clunky. Terminal servers are a bit more refined and tend to be cleaner and faster.
Has anyone else looked into this?

I haven't looked into the LTSP stuff, but that's how I use my IA-1's. I just window stuff like Mozilla/Netscape etc back to the display. I do wish it were a bit more automated, but once I get a wterm running, it isn't that hard to keep it alive.
