Midori Kiosk - Web Browser Only

I'm wondering if anyone knows how to "lock down" midori so that the only thing a user can do is click on the links of a web page.

There's a good description for how to do this with Jailbait, but I can't get it to work for Midori.

Thanks for any help at all

Hi...

I believe i posted the original instructions for jailbait, i can also offer the image if anyone is interested.
I am also interested in upgrading my kiosks to midori, maybe we can start working on this together, if there are enough people to help.. some main issues:

1) install ssh/sshd/netcat (to be able to control / upgrade software remotely)
2) disable the configuration pages on localhost
3) disable console switching
4) make sure that X can't be closed.
5) load opera without windows manager ??? (unless you want to keep IM, EMAIL, ETC)

well, i think that is about it..

let me know if more people are interested!

I'd love a copy of your jailbait image. Is there somewhere I can download it?
Perhaps you could submit it to iahacking.com?

Great ideas on what you think that the issues would be for turning the midori image into only a kiosk.
I'll help out however I can. I don't have a very deep knowledge of Linux, but there are some things I can do.

I found information on Opera's web site about how to make the Windows version of their software into a Kiosk.

http://www.opera.com/support/mastering/kiosk/

Nothing for linux though. I sent support an e-mail asking if there was any way to do it.
