Hi @,
I have a new IA-1 and I can't go into the BIOS to change the boot sequence.
Yes, I read all Topics regarding IA-1, so I know there are some unhackable ones.
Hope anyway, that somebody has found a way around it.
My wireless Logitec usb keyboard seems to work on it, at least I can make a Ctrl-Alt-Del to reboot the computer.
AFAIK these IA-1 are discontinued so maybe there is some more information about it.
I'm also interested in adding the ethernet stuff on the board - if possible.
Any help on this is truly appreciated.

The easiest way to add ethernet to an IA-1 is via the USB ports. Unless you have a Blue one, which has it onboard.

Yes, but do ALL blue IA-1's have ethernet built in? I've been tempted to buy a couple, and sell my current IA-1's that lack it. If it's 10/100 (which is fairly cheap) than it would definitely be worth it.

Yup, they all have it built in. I don't know the speed, but since they were designed in 1998 or so I'd assume they would have to be 10/100.

There have been a couple on eBay this week at reasonable prices.
