has anyone gotten one of these to work with a linux image yet? i picked up a bunch of them when they were closing the compaq outlet store out here and would really love to get one working on the spare ia-1 i have (i have another one in the living room running win98 that works fine, but it has the tendancy to crash, imagine that)

i'm pretty sure the chipset for the adapter is the atmel, which i've seen a driver linked up to sourceforge on, but since i'm largely a linux noob, i wouldn't have the slightest idea how to try to incorporate that into an image (or even dropping on to the existing image, as i have a netgear wired adapter that works fine, just want the wireless) -- anyone already done this or could point me to an easy way to do this? (i would imagine it would be easier to do this from the existing install on there and just add the driver, but i could be completely wrong :)
