| This is the 2nd IA-1 that I'm hacking, so I'm not a total noob.
When I try to boot the 1st time (I'm using workstation.img), it goes through the whole linux boot process, then fails with the following messages:
NET4: Unix domain sockets 1.0/SMP for Linux NET4.0
cramfs: wrong magic
UMSDOS 0.86k (compatibility level 0.4, fast msdos)
check_pseudo_root: mounted as root
VFS: Mounted root (umsdos filesystem) readonly
Freeing unused kernel memory: 88k freed
Warning: unable to open an initial console
Kernel panic: No init found. Try passing init= option to kernel
I'm also concerned that after I flashed the bios with the paperclip, if I don't get the boot order correct, MSN Messenger reappears. Could this be an "unhackable" IA-1? Is there a way to tell? | |
