Adding RAM to an IA-1

Where are the existing RAM chips on the IA-1 motherboard? What type of chips can replace them? Are they DIMM? SODIMM? 144 PIN? 168 PIN? What is the maximum amount of RAM anyone has installed in an IA-1? This is my only stumbling block, because I don't want to run anything but Windows XP, but I don't want to run Windows XP with 32MB of RAM!!!

The 32 megs of ram is soldered into the motherboard and as far as I know, nobody was able to upgrade the ram in this puppy because there is no dimm slots available. There is no ide slots either, some people were able to upgrade to a laptop hard drive by using a CF-ATA converter. Sorry dude.
