Has anyone remapped the function keys so that they work with Midori?

I find that when running X remotely (X -query <ip>) the cursor on the screen is offset horizontally from where it should be. That is, when one "clicks" on something, the "clicked" point is to the left (or maybe to the right, I don't recall) of the visible pointer. Has anyone else noticed that? Or have a fix for it?

I've seen the same thing...the hotspot is about 1/2 inch to the right of where it should be.
