Jailbait and Netscape

I've got the jailbait image from flyingbuttmonkeys, and updated the pegasus.o file
so that I can access the internet.

Now I run netscape, and of course I have the following problems:

1) I get error messages about saving the configuration settings. I was trying to move
the disk cache to the /tmp/netscape directory.

2) After trying to use netscape to check my yahoo mail, any netscape access got
very SLOWWWW. Has anyone else seen significant slowing?

Sounds as though the filesystem is set to read only.

Use the "mount" command to set it to read/write for making changes to settings and then back to read only after you make the changes. And put the temp disk on the compact flash card or somewhere on your network.

to make read/write, type:

mount -o remount,rw /


to set back to read only, type:

mount -o remount,ro /
